@Super Truth

Yes I don''t know anything about safety. But you appear to be a master in safety. If HSE specialists are not made accountable to prevent accidents, then who is responsible for that? What are these most decorative positions for? Are these positions good enough only to give useless big PowerPoint presentations, conduct after accident debriefing meetings etc. With no real competency, what can we expect from them, when every Tom, Dick and Harry in Kuwait is a HSE specialist with a fake NEBOSH certificate.

Don''t just blame Safety Profession for all incidents when you don''t know anything about safety. The responsibility for preventing incidents is not in the hand''s safety specialists.

The KPC companies are full of HSE specialists only, yet they cannot prevent such ghastly accidents. RIP the poor workers who laid their lives while on duty and praying to God for early recovery of the seriously injured.

May God be kind to them and to their families in this festival season.
