The Tulu Koota Kuwait Released its Calendar- 2020

The Tulu Koota Kuwait Released its Calendar- 2020 and Family Picnic 2020 flier at its first all committee meeting held on 10th January 2020, at the Salmiya Play School, Rumaithiya, Kuwait.

The Event was started with a prayer recitation by committee member Ms. Alaka Jithendra and lighting up of lamp by all the guests on the dais. The calendar was released by the chief guest Rev. Fr Alwyn Dsouza along with the TKK President, Mr. Ramesh S Bhandary, and the advisors Mr. Ramesh Kidiyoor, Mr. Tharendra Shettigar and Mr Wilson Dsouza.

Fr Alwyn Dsouza Parish Priest Sundekere Parish Chikmagaluru, Karnataka, in his address to the gathering, appreciated the dedication and unity of the members of the association, who are basically from Tulunadu and work together as one family under one roof – “Tulu Koota Kuwait”, irrespective of their cast and religion. He also expressed his happiness over getting an opportunity to meet the TKK association people in his first Gulf visit. He wished all the success for all the cultural, social welfare, and also specially charity events of the association.

During this event TKK upcoming mega event Family Picnic - 2020 flier was released by the guests and Mr. Manoj Shetty read out the event details which will be held on Friday Feb 7, 2020 at Mishref Garden.

Beautifully designed TKK Calendar 2020 was released by the Chief Guest Fr Alwyn Dsouza along with dignitaries on the dais.

All the advisors of TKK present on the dais motivated the committee members and wished all success for the upcoming events of TKK for the year 2020.

Mr. Ramesh S Bhandary, the President, in his address to the gathering, appreciated the gracious presence of the committee members and also praised the dedication of Management Committee members in organizing the Calendar release event. He further explained how calendar plays a crucial role in our day to day life, to plan our routine, celebrate our festivals and so on. He also thanked Bader Al Samaa for their continued support to Tulu Koota Kuwait. Further he requested all the members to actively participate in all the activities of the association and mark the dates of the events for the year 2020 and start the plan for the events and its success. The calendar events of Tulu Koota Kuwait for the year 2020 are as follows:

• 07 February - Family Picnic

• 27 March - Tulu Nada Jathre

• 17 April - Free Medical Camp

• 4 September - Blood Donation Camp

• 25 September - Tulu Parba Competitions

• 30 October - Tulu Parba

• 18 December - Annual General Body Meeting.

The Tulu Koota Kuwait members can relate to the calendar easily as it is the only calendar released in Kuwait that includes all Kuwait Holidays as well as the Karnataka holidays along with the Tulu Koota Kuwait Calendar of Events.

The Calendar was sponsored by Bader Al Samaa Medical Center. The calendar was designed by Mr. Sachidananda Suvarna and the event was beautifully hosted by Mr. Manoj Shetty, Joint Secretary of Tulu Koota Kuwait. Mr Vijay Wilson TKK Secretary thanked everyone. The event concluded with delicious dinner served by oriental Restaurant Kuwait.
