Kuwait Oil Company Workers Union announced that a special center is allocated to complete bio-metric fingerprint procedures of all oil sector workers. The center is setup at the Petroleum and Petrochemical Workers Union Center in Ahmadi.

Meanwhile the Interior Ministry reiterated that the citizen and residents can leave the country without taking the bio-metric scan and they can do it later after their return to the country.

Four centers have been allocated to take the scans, including ones in Jahra, Ali Sabah Al-Salem and West Mishref which operate for 24 hours, and one in Farwaniya which operates from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, the ministry added. Appointments can be booked via the 'Meta' online platform, the ministry indicated.
