Prominent social worker Mr. Thangam passed away following apartment fire in Khaitan

Prominent member of the Tamil community in Kuwait Mr. Thangappan, popularly known as Thangam, passed away on August 14th Sunday morning 7:30 am at Al-Babtain Hospital, Kuwait. He was admitted to the intensive care unit at Al-Babtain Hospital due to a fire, which broke out at his residence two weeks before.

Mr. Thangam was an active Social Worker and had been a well-known person among the Indian community in Kuwait, specially among the Tamil community.

He was hailing from Sivaganga district in Tamil Nadu.
