Playback Singer, Melodious & Rocking Performer Mahalakshmi Iyer to perform live in Kuwiat along with accomplished Actor & Standup Comedian Dipoo Srivastava. Mahalakshmi Iyer is a professional singer from the finance capital of India, Mumbai. She is a playback singer, best known for her Tamil and Hindi songs. Apart from these, she also sing in many other languages like Marathi, Telugu, Odia, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, and Assamese. She sung Pop songs, Punjabi, Ghazals and Devotional.
Mahalakshmi sang the track 'Ae Ajnabee' under the music direction of AR Rahman in Mani Ratnam’s film “Dil Se”. An Oscar-winning song to her credit, she lent her voice for AR Rahman’s Jai Ho for the film Slumdog- Millionaire, Also hit film like Bunty Aur Babli, Dhoom 2, Fanaa, and Salaam Namaste. Mahalaxmi is known for her performances in songs like Kabhi Sham Dhale (Sur - The Melody of Life), Har Taraf (Rishtey), Chup Chup Ke (Bunty Aur Babli), Bol Na Halke Halke film (Jhoom Barabar Jhoom), Aaj Ki Raat (Don- The Chase Begins Again), and Des Rangeela.
