The intention of Govt authorities is worth appreciating. But the ground realities are not in line. My personal experience at Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) is a simple example. I have KSE membership renewed after latest MOFA attestations and received NOC in Dec-2020. Recently I got a new Job and had visited KSE 4 times (with apnmt) to get an NOC. Each time different staff is narrating "all your docs are ok....waiting for signature; come next week". Till this time I don''t know what is the actual procedure pending there....in my case. The core of the matter is I am vulnerable (age-wise) to get Covid while using public Transport/Taxi (as I don''t have personal Vehicle) and I am jobless until my visa stamping is done in new Company. Kindly requesting the authorities to simplify the process at least during this pandemic and not to harass unnecessarily.
