Red Eagles land the win at Red Bull Flying Day Kuwait 2025

Sky-high stunts, sky-high spirits, and roaring crowds electrified Marina Beach With 48.2 points amidst roaring energy on Marina Beach. With imagination in overdrive and adrenaline in the air, Red Bull Flying Day touched down at Marina Beach, bringing together thousands for a one-of-a-kind celebration of creativity, courage, and controlled chaos. Over 20,000 spectators gathered to witness the return of this global event—where homemade, human-powered flying machines take a literal leap of faith from a 9-meter platform straight into glory (or the sea).

Out of 28 daring teams, it was “Red Eagles” who stole the show—soaring to first place with 48.2 points. Their unique design, standout performance, and fearless flight sealed their victory. “Dragon Fly” followed in second place with 30.6, while “Red Flight” clinched third in a close and creative competition with 27.9 points.

The event was made possible through the partnerships with Red Bull MOBILE by Zain, Xcite, Talabat Mart, Nissan Al Babtain, Al Rai TV, M2R, Kitco, TikTok, Marina FM, Acqua Eva, Banana Boat, Barebells, and Blink Experience. A special shoutout goes to the Ministry of Interior, whose unwavering support and jaw-dropping parachute show elevated the day—literally!

The day kicked off with an aerial spectacle by paragliding legend Horacio Llorens, a five-time world champion and Guinness World Record holder, who performed alongside his partner to awe the crowd. The energy kept rising with a powerhouse musical performance by Kuwaiti stars Bashar Al Shatti and Bader Al Shuaibi, followed by a high-octane flyboarding act by Manea Al Marzouq, and a thrilling helicopter skydiving stunt courtesy of the Ministry of Interior’s elite jump team.

A star-studded jury brought expertise and flair to the judging process: Ascia Al Shammari, Dhoha Alissa, Mohammad Burbayea, Hamad Qalam, and Musaed Al Fouzan scored teams based on design creativity (10 points), performance (10 points), and distance flown (1 pt per meter). In the case of a tie, creativity and performance scores determined the final rankings.

When asked about their win, “Red Eagles”, said: "Words can’t describe the rush! It’s been an unforgettable experience—full of laughs, adrenaline, and insane creativity. Big thanks to Red Bull for bringing this madness to life. We’ll be flying high on this memory for a long time!"

Back in Kuwait after a 13-year hiatus, Red Bull Flying Day returned for its 4th edition, proving once again it’s not just a competition—it’s a full-blown celebration of youthful energy, fearless design, and the wild things that happen when imagination takes the wheel. From sketchbooks to the skies, the event continues to empower young creators to break boundaries and redefine what’s possible—with wings built by hand and dreams brought to life by Red Bull.
