Proposal to ban expats travel unless they pay traffic fine

The Ministry of Interior is planning to submit a proposal which ban expatriates from leaving country unless they pay traffic violation fines.

According to Al-Rai newspaper report, traffic department will submit this proposal to the Minister of Interior Sheikh Thamer Al Ali for his approval. The proposal also suggest to stop all kinds of services for Kuwaitis and expats who have traffic violations until those violations are paid and transactions are completed.

According to report, large amount of fines are accumulated, which are estimated in millions of Dinars. There are a large number of violators either imprisoned or have died, also a large number of expats have left the country permanently.

Traffic department is also studying the possibility of informing the violators about their violation by sending text messages via SMS, so that they are informed and know what type of violation and how much is the fine. So that he should pay immediately instead of letting it accumulate.

Giving fine for such paint issues are very strange However, these guys are much more better than our indian traffic police.

Giving some unnecessary Traffic Fines to poor expatriates is not good. Last Friday while i was going Traffic Police stopped me, I asked him what is my fault, he said I don''t have any fault for driving but fault in the Silver Color of the car which is showing two color as trunk color is little fade. I told him I already polished my car morning and maybe due to sun light it is showing. But anyway I will keep in mind and try to paint it as my passing after 2 months. He didn''t listened and gave me fine. We don''t know this, instead of giving fine he should warned me saying to paint the car. After all they need money and want to finish their fine book maybe for commission. For little little things they want to make fine. They should give warning for paint color. But my case color was good and I made polish for silver color and secondly I don''t know this, they will do like this even your color good.
