Paddling is very good in maintaining social distance and it’s a very good exercise too. There are sweet summer taste when you want to be outside – really outside, feeling the breeze and the sun and the wind, not just strolling an avenue or sitting on a park bench. Bicycle touring gives you the real outdoors.

It’s not just sightseeing, or exercise or transportation. It’s a whole different way of seeing the world. The big panoramas that you admire through a windshield are still admirable, but on a bicycle it’s the small sights that thrill – a little stream where you can dunk your hands and take a sip. And there is nothing like the exhilaration of getting there on your own steam. Anybody can ride a bicycle you don’t have to be in a super shape, you don’t have to be young, you don’t have to have any experiences. And best of all, you don’t need any petrol or diesel for it. It is the cheapest among all the transportations

Bicycling has been a long time hobby which produces both long and short term benefits it is an enjoyable activity which involves being outdoors and away from the list beneficial pursuits such as television, computer, laptop, smart phones etc. It is a vigorous interest that not just the young and healthy can participate but kids as young as toddlers and the elderly as well. Cycling fits into a person’s lifestyle easier than many other physical activities because it can be used practically, to go from one place to another.

Cycling place a very important role for each and every person to be fit and healthy in their lifestyles it is also easier on the body joined than jogging. Cycling is good for health, both physically and mentally as well as good for the environment.

One of the main health benefits of cycling is that it strengthens the heart, develops endurance and improves the circulation which reduces the risk from coronary heart illnesses, muscles are also strengthen and tone from cycling particularly those located below the waistline such as the thighs, buttocks and legs.

Cycling also has the benefit of increasing a person metabolism, their inner engine, even after the ride is finished.

The benefits of cycling are numerous not just for the person paddling but for the environment therefore society as a whole too. It is a heart health hobby that enhance brain activity and reduces carbon gas release. It is also a fun outdoor activity which stimulate the senses which are dulled by staying indoors.

Benefits of Cycling into My Life

A schedule that I can reap the benefit of cycling into my life are as follows.

As it is too hot nowadays so I ride my bicycle at least 1 hour in the evening because cycling help me to relief my study stress and boost my energy and cycling also gives me a fresh feeling. Although the best time to go for a ride is in the evening, but cycling anytime during the day is great for helping me fall asleep. Cycling plays an important role for increasing my height and also keeps me fit and healthy. This way I also give important for cycling activities too.

Cycling can be enjoyed all seasons and can be ride anywhere in the world. All-in-all cycling is a beneficial physical activity and hobby. Therefore in this generation parents should encourage their kids to take part in such activities and motivate them.
