Public Authority for Manpower issued an administrative decision amending some provisions regarding the conditions for the transfer of employee from government to private sector.
According to Al-Jarida report, expatriate husbands and children of Kuwaiti women, expat wife of Kuwaitis, those who hold Palestinians documents, are excluded from the ban on transferring from government agencies to work in the private sector.
It also exclude expatriates with a university qualification and less that 60 years of age also from the ban, provided that the profession, qualification, and nature of the job they occupied with the government agency are compatible with the new job in private sector.
