PACI allocates morning hours for Citizens only: Card collection open for all

The Public Authority for Civil Information announced that the morning period from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm is allocated for receiving transactions from Kuwaiti and GCC citizens while the evening period from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m is for processing the transaction of all other nationalities.

However, the collection of Civil ID card is open to all from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm without any break.

PACI appealed to all citizens and expatriates to complete their transactions online via the authority’s website www.paci.gov.kw, and no transaction will be entertained at the PACI office without prior appointment.
