The Ministry of Interior has allowed the renewal of residency for state body employees to be conducted online through its official website: moi.gov.kw.
The move comes amid ongoing efforts to develop security services in the country, saving nationals and expatriates time and effort and allowing procedures to be completed in a more efficient manner, the ministry said in a statement.
State bodies and diplomatic missions across the country were urged to dispatch the names of their representatives who will be in charge of renewing residency of their staff members along with their contact numbers and emails.
