Omicron scare increase sale of mask

The new mutated variant Omicron increased the sale of masks across the country. The sale of the protective mask was in the decline as people started going out without wearing masks as the situation was under control until the news about the omicron variant.

Following the scare caused by the Omicron variant of Coronavirus, people once again started to wear the mask in open places, and several shops witnessed an increase in the sale of the mask.

The Kuwaiti authorities also urged the citizens and residents to adhere to health requirements, such as wearing masks in all public facilities and gatherings and adhering to social distancing.

Despite the increasing demand, the availability of masks are not affected, and the prices are also not witnessed any noticeable increase.
