No curfew or lockdown; tougher precautionary measures instead

It''s a wiser idea to impose spot fines on violators of public safety measures (i.e. for not wearing safety masks & not keeping safe distance in public places such as supermarkets) instead of imposing curfew or lockdown which will affect negatively on the country''s economy.
