Good job NBTC and its leadership. Great to see companies like NBTC, who consider employees as their important asset.

I hope Kuwait Government would get inspired from this and force all non paying companies or giving 50-50 to give the employees an option whether they want to stay here or leave.
Since, I think Companies who are not able to pay their Employees should at least make arrangement for them to leave.
I would also like to know if there is any online site to complain, if companies are not paying but employees are forced to work full time?
