NBK Ramadan working hours

National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), announced in a press release on Friday that NBK branches will open for customers in the morning shift only from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.during the holy month of Ramadan.

NBK Deputy General Manager, Consumer Banking Group, Abdulla Al Najran Al-Tuwaijri said that all NBK branches are ready to provide customers with all NBK services during the holy month.

Al- Tuwaijri stressed that NBK has taken all necessary measures to ensure providing customers with the best telephone, online and ATM services during the holy month of Ramadan.

3.5 hours is too short time, there are many other activities other then withdrawals,would be better if they can open late in the evenening for couple of hours may be after iftar

Mr kishore only cash withdrawal or deposits is not the criteria in banks general public have other works to like making drafts, cash transfers, letters of credit, bank guarantees and etc so in view of this bank should alteast give four to five hours for general public i hope u understand

All bank staffs working 6 hours only the customer servise will be 3.5 hours

in addition

addtion call center 24/7 oparation

so no warries.....................

yes the bank should start from 9.00 to 2.30 and the customer banking hours should be from 9.30 to 1.30 pm so that general public can finish their banking business as working hours from 10.00 to 1.30 is not sufficient for general public.Hope banks will reverse their timings.Ramadan kareem to all

the workingtime is not fair to public. how public can approch the bank. 100% people are working in office the same time. very bad timig. u provid overtime to staff and help the public.

ALSO EVEN JUST FOR 2 HRS BUT MUST BE AFTER IFTAR 8-10

How can one access the bank facilities if they r not open in the evening or after duty hours of the general people.we all will b in duty at the same time so when to go to bank 4 r personal work.may b v will have to take a leave for that or pospone it till after Ramadan

the timing for bank should be more working hours at least 5 hours a day.
