Municipality launch inspection campaign targeting building basements

The Public Relations Department at Kuwait Municipality has launched an inspection campaign targeting investment and commercial residential buildings to check the basements and ensure strict compliance with the municipal regulations.

According to Al-Anba daily report, the supervisory team at the Engineering Audit and Follow-Up Department in the Capital Governorate branch of the Municipality carried out the third field inspection tour in Sharq and Bneid Al-Gar to take the necessary measures regarding encroachments and other violations.

please check Salmiya as well, lot of buildings have basement parking''s facilities but they are rented as warehouse, and huge trailers block the street and traffic for unloading this causes lots of traffic block.

What about the residential building basement checkup? This is the biggest treat in Kuwait. More than 50% building basements are used for storage instead of parking.
