Up to 4.378 million transactions had been worked out via the government application Sahel in October, the service spokesman Yusuf Kadhem said on Friday.
The application has been remarkably drawing mounting numbers of users particularly after launch of the English service in October, Kadhem said in remarks to KUNA.
Last month witnessed addition of 12 new services and the number of new users who uploaded the application reached 78,000, 93 percent of whom were residents of the country.
One of the top services that drew a large number of people in October was the criminal record certificate issuance.
