MoI temporarily freeze the security campaigns against residency violators

Ministry of Interior decided to freeze the security campaigns against residency violators temporarily due to the overcrowding of detainees in the deportation center, local Arabic daily Al-Qabas reported.

The decision to stop campaign is also after taken into account the health situation in the country, and in line with the precautionary measures to prevent any spread of epidemics, especially the Corona virus among the detainees.

Daily reported that verbal instructions were issued 3 days ago to the various security sectors to stop the campaigns against residency violators temporarily, after the campaign was intensified during the past few days and arrested many violators. This resulted in an unprecedented overcrowding of the deportation prison. The lack of flights, and small numbers of deportees in each flights, requires a long period of time to deport all the detainees in deportation center, before arresting new violators, daily added.

PACI didnt issuing Civil ID cards for silly reasons since a year. But interior department is busy catch those all don''t having valid ID''s. in other side Mobile ID app is not compatible to many of the android versions those comes under 50 kd range. for childrens we are to use seperate mobile phones for each kids to prove the mobile id. I didnt understand why they wont update the mobile id app out of these issues and updating Civil id card delivery machines by removing not attendees ID cards since a year..

At least provide them one dose of Vaccination, it helps them to sustain against pandemic and it helps govt too to continue the action against residency violators.
