Kuwait's Finance Ministry has activates its emergency plan to maintain financial operations and services and support government performance at all times, it said in a statement on Sunday.
Among the measures are preparing shelters in the eastern and southern buildings of the ministries' complex with a total capacity of 900 people, while activating alternative systems that enable remote work in a safe and secure digital environment, it added.
The ministry also highlighted that the remote work capabilities have been enabled within a secure electronic environment, supported by specialized cybersecurity programs.
