The Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy has once again asked people in Kuwait to use electricity wisely, especially during peak hours, as the country faces extremely high temperatures. The ministry shared this message through the Sahl app, reminding everyone that saving electricity is a shared responsibility and helps avoid power cuts.
The ministry also warned against using too many appliances at the same time, especially in the afternoon and early evening. Today, the electricity load has reached 16,841 megawatts, getting close to the limit of 17,000 megawatts. They requested community support to reduce pressure on the power grid and ensure continuous supply to all areas.
