Minister of Commerce and Industry Mohammed Al-Aiban issued a ministerial decision, which says that 54 commercial activities don’t require a physical office for a license.

The business needs to be run by one person only and the person with the license must be the director of the company. The activities include sale of software, commission trading and the sale of greeting cards. They also include research and experimental development in natural sciences, engineering and astronomy, in addition to jewelry design and working as a tour guide.
