These rains may be in the form of light mists, Ramadan said.
Kuwait will be affected by southeast winds, starting from Wednesday, with high relative humidity on Thursday evening, Issa Ramadan said.
Scattered clouds will continue on Friday and Saturday during the day, and may continue with the formation of light fog.
