Large crowd at PACI on the first day of opening

The Public Authority for Civil Information PACI witnessed large crowd on the first day of receiving citizens and residents to collect their civil ID cards and other transactions. A large number of people flocked to the building from the morning hours. According to the report, the employees and security tried hard to control the crowd, when the large crowd resulted in chaos at the entrance gate.

On the first day, PACI received about 2,500 public, including 2,000 came to collect their civil IDs and 500 for other work.

PACI yesterday announced the list of service available online and services that require a personal visit to PACI office. PACI website will be open for booking reservation every Saturday and will issue 2500 appointment every day for the week.

pls advise.
a) I am unable to find civil id collection for "visa - 22" option in appointment (other options are given like first time civil id, new born, visa 20 category etc).
b) whose civil id no to be mentioned in appointment? i mean of person who is going to collect civil id card OR the person whose civil id is in renewal ? (OR for kid and family member, in appointment need to write family head civil id who is going to collect or how?)
please advise
