His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Friday a congratulatory cable to President of India Ram Nath Kovind, on occasion of his country's National Day.

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a similar cable to the Indian President.
