The government should consider the following also while the investigations and inspections begin:
1. If any basement has been allotted to hazadarous goods storage.
2. If the vicinity of the building is clean and free from harmful waste.
3. If the parking allotted as per the number of flats.
4. If the dustbins are in their marked places and not in the middle of the road.
5. If the watchman is keeping a collection of old furniture without reason.
6. If the watchman is dealing in selling refilled gas cylinders to flat owners.
7. If the tiles, walls or pillars are in a broken state.
8. If the building compound or fence has any old rusted iron rods sticking out.
9. If lift and ACs of the building are properly maintained.
