Kuwait increased arrival passenger rate to 3,500 passengers per day

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation DGCA approved a proposal to increase the daily capacity of seats of arriving passengers at Kuwait International Airport to approximately 3,500 passengers per day, for all airlines.

A circular will soon be directed to airlines operating at Kuwait International Airport approving an increase in seat capacities for those coming to Kuwait, local daily reported.

As Kuwait announced the entry of non-Kuwaitis starting from August 1st, the report also said that there are serious steps to gradually increase capacities based on travel movement during the next stage.

Earlier, Kuwait restricted the incoming passengers to 1,000 passengers per day, at a rate of 35 passengers per flight. This increase will allow approximately 70 passengers per flight coming to the country.

We have been staying in Dubai for five months as the second country to go to Kuwait but we can''t get any vaccine because we don''t have Dubai ID card here. Please make arrangements for us to leave the previous rules. Please make arrangements for those of us who are stuck in Dubai to go. Those of us who have been stuck in Dubai for 5 months, please draw the attention of the Kuwaiti government to take us. Because you know very well that the Dubai government did not provide the vaccine because we did not have an ID card. An earnest appeal to the Kuwaiti government on behalf of all those stuck in Dubai to give us the opportunity to enter Kuwait through 14 days quarantine. We are living helplessly in Dubai for 5 months and there is only one great God here to see us. I will be forever grateful to all those stuck in Dubai for giving us the opportunity to go to the Kuwaiti government.
