Kuwait expresses condolences over Kerala landslide victims

His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences to Indian President Shri Draupadi Murmu to express his sincere condolences to the victims of the heavy landslide in Southern India.

His Highness the Amir wished speedy recovery for those injured in the incident and safe return of the missing people.

His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah also send similar condolence to Indian president on the heavy landslide witnessed in South India.

Meanwhile, the death toll in the massive landslides that occurred on July 30 in Kerala's Wayanad district crossed 360. The search and rescue operations are continuing as several people are still feared trapped in the debris.
