Kuwait based Indian student Johan Varghese Sajan received the prestigious Lester B. Pearson Scholarship at the widely regarded University of Toronto in Canada. Awarded to approximately 37 exceptional students worldwide on an annual basis, the Lester B. It is a highly selective program that admits less than 1% of its total applicants.
As a recent 12th grade graduate at FAIPS, DPS, Johan was initially nominated by the school as a sole candidate for the scholarship. Subsequently, he is the first and only student from Kuwait who has secured this scholarship so far.
