Kuwait ban delivery bikes on roads from 11 am to 4 pm

As the summer temperature reaches 52 degree, the Ministry of Interior has imposed a ban on the operation of delivery bikes on the roads from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The ban is from June 23, 2024, to August 31, 2024.

Companies must comply with this directive, or violators will face penalties. This measure aims to ensure the health and safety of motorcycle riders, MoI said.

Very Good decision. Offenders will be penalized-Its Kuwait! One more important things-The huge No of Bikes on roads are introducing huge risks on the road particularly speed in Kuwait is substantially high and a small touch in speed could be The bikers can fly . Many of them drive quite recklessly and slip in between inter-vehicular spaces in their effort to deliver on time and maximize deliveries and of course earnings. They should be provide all safety gears as well as Behavioral Safety Training by their organizations. Its not skill alone-Safe behavior makes the difference. Wish all are safe!
