All expatriates staying in the nation in this lock down, we need to be able to continue living with self care if possible to support ourselves and continue to survive with each other as only few sections of jobs are allowed for employment and income - as per the subject accommodation area location.
Even bank ATM cash, many devices and equipment used in home, school, and work needed regularly need to be made easily available especially in lock down.
Many expatriates are facing difficult situations for validity and renewal of visa and civil ID processes due to uncertainty in this situation, with flight to various airports in India.

This is a long term plan. 5th stage will probably arrive after maximum expats have been removed. This is strategic planning aimed at evaluating operational efficiency with minimal input. Once they achieve success, they can remove all other expat staff. Consequently, related support services like foreign schools, retail, medical, hospitality services can be downsized like a cascade effect.
Austerity measures will always be in favour of the first party & not in favour of foreign elements.
