Hi, regarding my new renewal membership card collection I visited to the KSE office, but they replying that any KSE providing documents to Indian engineers are temporarily stopped and it will continue until they get clearance from PAM / ministry of interior! In the meantime they advise me that you shall update your original degree certificate and mark sheets, which must be attested by the Kuwait Embassy of India.

I would like to tell everyone here that, whoever colleges are not in NBA list doesn''t mean they are not genuine engineers. Indian education is very broad and it can''t comply to all the regulations which are following all over the world. So, please stop addressing them as fake engineers. Yeah bypassing the system to get the KOC is an offence.

Hi, I firmly support the fact that the perpetrators of this fraud must be punished regardless of their nationality. But here some other national people and anti-Indians infiltrated and spreading gossips against Indian engineers. Dear IIK forum, I request you to please identify the identification of few below bad commentators & block them from this forum because their thoughts and words are not a sensible and neither evidenced one. they all like a infiltrators who looks spreading a gossip against Indian engineers.
Finally kindly provide the positive updates that when can be the ban will be taken back. It will be useful for the lots of Indian engineers whoever suffered from this ban including me.

As alleged by a few learned fellow Indians it can be interpreted that all IITs, IISC, REC/NITs and other premium state/private engineering colleges in India are fake and are products of a corrupted system.
Thanks for the joke, had a good laugh.
Wonder how would Sundar Pichai and Satya Nadela react to this!

Many of the university also is fake and they have fake professor and fake instruments but they have original registration with Indian govt.
So what is the use of crosschecking and verifying when the name of the university is on record but the entire basis of its existence is fake??

Kuwait govt. knows this very well and that is why they completely ban NOC procedure for indian engineers. Sad for all but necessary for safety.

Dear All indian engineers in kuwait ,
Really sad to hear that many of the Indian engineers are holding fake degree which is obtain from india but they r working in Kuwait.
People those who Are involved in this
really they should get strong punishment as per the law of the kuwait .
These engineers are really does they know what they are playing ??
One engineer is responsible for the base of a building and if base is not strong what u expect from this building it will fell down after a while and who is responsible for it —-
an indian engineer who have no knowledge abt construction .
My own feeling and comments how they get attested their degrees in kuwait from their embassy while all degrees are on line now a days .
Please my humble request to all Indians in kuwait do not play with peoples life just for yr little money .
I strongly recommend and request that this type of indian people should send back to their native country as soon as possible to avoid the further forgery in Kuwait.
Competent people should stay only In Kuwait after the cross checking their degree by the higher authority of the KSE .

Dr. James Kuriakose, are you talking about your experience in how you obtained ''Doctor'' or ''Doctorate''? Seems you are desperate.
Your way of talking shows you culture. Everywhere we can see such people who are shame for their own community.

It is a simple case. If guests overstay their welcome and overstep their boundaries in a foreign country, send them back. This is a universal policy adopted worldwide. I know because I am finance management professional of my co.

You are another ''pain management'' amplifier for the ''poor and helpless'' victimized engineers earning hundreds of dinars.

''They have to be caught...''
Yes, and who will establish investigation and catching procedure and who will pay for it? Your father? NO! Then who? The taxpayer of Kuwait..... Furthermore, this 1 and 2 is just tip of iceberg.... there are hundreds who know how to bypass the procedure.

@pk
Do US, UK and EU request verification from Indian universities? Or do they ask engineers and professionals from India and other Asian universities who are not affiliated with Western education system to re-take the GMAT or relevant exam in the West? Do you know why? Because they don''t trust our system or its management. And they will not waste their precious time and money in Indian bureaucratic systems which are already compromised and corrupt.

If verification of degree is an issue really, all Indian universities have the facility to get it verified by foreign agencies or companies by paying a small fees.

@Dr James Kuriakose : Out of the thousands of Indian engineers even if there are only 1 or 2 fake engineers they have to be caught and punished. But you should not be branding the whole Indian community as people who bypass rules and regulations. It is with great difficulty all these engineers including myself acquired the membership with KSE, submitting MOFA attested certificates, clearing the technical interviews of KSE. Every now and then there is a change in the documents to be submitted and KSE has its own pace to complete this process. It is not as simple as I wrote over here only the engineers who had applied for membership know the pain they had gone through. So if you still think removing all Indian engineers from Kuwait is the only way to stop all these I am sorry to say your thought process is completely wrong.

@vijay & NOC Seeker
Unless punishment is given to entire nationality and genuine engineers where is the fun in life? Tension is necessary to keep expats from raising their head too high and forgetting why they are in this country. They are here to make fool of the people and earn money by pretending that they are doing the whole world a big favour.
In order to keep numbers of expats within limits there has to be sudden removal of expats for any excuse. Think of it as your annual spring cleaning exercise :)

What ever Kwt authorities doing is fine as per law but they should not punish other Geniun Engineers.
There are lot of problem of not getting NOC in time.Some one has their famalies stuck in India and due to non renewal their Residences ,their famalies will suffer and their Residences will be cancelled.
i request Kuwaiti Authorities to see all such situation and do what is best as to prevent forgery and also not to punish Geniun Engineers.

@malou
If a particular community is repeatedly disturbing the law and order situation and repeatedly abusing govt. mechanism thereby costing the taxpayer huge amounts in checking etc.. it makes perfect sense to reduce the impact of said community by reducing their numbers. And if reducing does not work, make the number zero. At least Indians will not be responsible for any further fraud.
If you want to talk social justice, go complain. In this country you know what that will get you? Nothing...
If you want equality, even better. Go back to your homeland and see what you will get.

Dr James- your stereotype comment may be out frustration, but many would take this as discriminatory and prejudiced against a particular community. Be careful while commenting on social media.

Rightly said by Dr James.. very true .This is way to clean out Kuwait and keep genuine Indians in jobs. Not all Indians are like this... but yes majority act like crooks and cheats and because of this reason honest Indians suffer and also our country name goes down.. Its time to put end to this menace of corrupt practice.Hunt and shame them and deport in such a way that they cant come back to even any GCC country anymore.

Kuwait Government has very advance technology to check if it is fake or real.
They should not punish entire nationality for the sake of few cheaters.
In all nationality there are few people , who do such cheating , not only Indians.
NOC is very important for the renewal of Residency for Engineers, If they Suspend then , many of our Engineers will have expired residence which will also affect their family''s residence and lot of other complications.
Our Indian Embassy official has to talk to officials of KES & PAM and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Already we have problem of CORONA and we have no guts to take more problems.

There are several Indian shops in Salmiya, Abbasiya, Farwaniya which provide fake attestation and certificates of university of your choice.
If Kuwait want to remove Indian expats, they have to go on a war footing and go door to door and remove. Don''t try to argue and negotiate with us Indians. We have hundred answers and several ways of bypassing rules and regulations. If Kuwait is serious, start removing the people without reason.
Indian bureaucracy is world famous and present in the blood of each and every Indian. I am saddened that every now and then all sorts of illegal transactions are being attributed to Indians. If it is true, then the only way to solve permanently is to remove expats by nationality and don''t stop this drive until it is complete. Otherwise there is no end.
