The Public Authority for Manpower has officially launched its newly upgraded labor portal, now called the "Easier Manpower Portal." This new platform is designed to give private sector workers greater control and transparency over their employment journey.
The Authority explained that the Easier Manpower Portal allows workers to track all their submitted applications, view their employment contracts, and file and follow up on labor complaints — all through a single, fully integrated digital platform.
The key features of the new portal include:
Easy Login: Workers can access the portal securely through the "My Identity" app.
Track Applications: Workers can monitor the status of their applications, see whether they have been accepted or rejected, and understand the reasons for any rejections.
Access to Contracts: Workers can view and print copies of their employment contracts linked to approved work permits.
File Complaints: Workers can easily submit complaints related to salary entitlements, job transfers, and attach any necessary documents.
Educational Qualifications: Workers can access services related to the recognition of their educational qualifications.
Cancel Work Permits: Workers who have obtained Labor Relations approval can apply to cancel their work permits, either for leaving the country or transferring to another sector.
Print Labor Certificates: Workers can print labor certificates directly from the portal.
The new Easier Manpower Portal represents a major step forward in protecting worker rights and improving access to important services, making life simpler and more transparent for thousands of workers across Kuwait’s private sector.
