Kuwait Airways global ranking soars by 103 spots to 76

Kuwait Airways said on Friday it has risen in global ranking by 103 spots to 76 on the Skytrax 2022 assessment of the top 100 airlines in the world.

The jump comes after the state carrier was 179th on the UK-based consultancy firm's index.

"This comes as a reflection of the tangible and fruitful efforts made today by the companyآ’s board, executive management and it's employees in all operational and support sectors in achieving the best levels of quality in work and service," the airline said on Twitter.

Not enough, We have booked ticket through KU to travel August 2020 but due to Pandemic all flights cancelled, even Indigo returned back money with out asking, it is credit in our credit card. Kuwait Airways even continues visit/call they have indicated your ticket cancelled nothing can be saying your ticket is old more than 2 years, it was not 2 yrs, more than one year. We have noticed lots of change therefore we have started booking ticket, but still their old thoughts of elements still remains. Even we have sent email to Customer service, no response. Unfortunate.

Yes... They delivered two babies on board in past few months... I can imagine the thought and action that was put in to improve services...
