Indian police arrested two men from Bangladesh trying to travel to Kuwait on fake Indian passport

Ahmadabad police on Sunday caught two men from Bangladesh trying to board a flight to Kuwait on forged Indian passports at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International airport. According to Indian media 'Times of India' report, the two accused — Shahidul Molla, a 25-year-old resident of Magura district of Bangladesh, and Aminul Islam, a 26-year-old resident of Satkhira district of Bangladesh — around 9.30pm on Sunday approached the immigration counter at the airport. Molla produced an Indian passport in which his name was Prakash Baidhya from Cossipore in Chitpur region of Kolkata. Islam also showed an Indian passport in which his name was Tapas Mondal from Cossipore, report added.

The report also said that the two accused lived in Kolkata and first obtained an Aadhaar card and then got a driving licence. Molla and Islam found work in Kuwait and were planning to leave from the city airport when they were caught by immigration officers.
