Indian Naval ship left Kuwait with 210 MT of Liquid Medical Oxygen

Indian navy ship INS Shardul left Kuwait port on Sunday morning with 210 MT Liquid Medical Oxygen and 1200 Oxygen Cylinders to India as part of Kuwait's gesture of supplying medical supplies to India. The ship carried 8 ISO tanks and 2 semi-trailers carrying Liquid Medical Oxygen to India from Kuwait.

On Saturday, Indian Airforce Aircraft C17J lands in Kuwait with empty tanks and Oxygen cylinders, which earlier carried over 200 MT of Liquid Medical Oxygen to India from Kuwait, for refilling.

The supply cycle between Kuwait and India is now fully operational for regular supply of Liquid Medical Oxygen. Last week four Indian Naval ships INS Kolkata, INS Kochi and INS Tabar carried several ISO tanks with liquid medical Oxygen, which reached various parts of India.
