A 32-year-old Indian national, Anoop Benny, passed away while traveling from Kuwait to Kochi, India, for a vacation. He reportedly experienced physical discomfort during the flight, prompting the plane to be diverted to Mumbai for a medical emergency. Unfortunately, he could not be revived, and his mortal remains have been kept in Mumbai.
Originally from Kochi, Kerala, Anoop Benny was employed at Indian Central School, Kuwait. He is survived by his wife, Anci Samuel; the couple had married in November 2024.
Anoop was an active member of St. Gregorios Maha Edavaka in Kuwait.
