Indian Educational School Conducted its 5th Year of Grandpa Joe’s

The Commerce students of Indian Educational School, Kuwait conducted its 5th year of Grandpa Joe’s on November 12, 2019 in the school’s basketball court. The objective of this organizational activity was to develop excellent skills of entrepreneurship and to provide the commerce students the experience of financing, marketing, auditing, production, distribution etc. and also to let them know the pressure of a real business world in a miniature group.

The collective efforts of the students of 12 C and 11 D, the teachers of the Commerce Department, Mr.Samuel Hani Mod and Mr. Susanth K.V. and the support of the School Management offered a variety of sumptuous dishes in seven stalls namely Sugar Rush, Sweet Sensations, Chick Doanalds, Crispy Corner, American Thattukada ,Shake and Snack and Food Factory. The sales took place during the first and the second break and continued it in the next day second break. The smiles on the faces of the children holding their favorite items testified the amazing quality and the variety of food the stalls had provided this year.

The students of commerce department exhibited excellent entrepreneurship and have learnt a lot from this experience. The goal of this year’s executive committee was to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and this was achieved positively with the huge rush of children to hold proof to the fact. The School Management declared that the sum of amount obtained from the proceedings of the event will be utilized for charity. The event became a memorable one with happy customers and happy participants.
