Indian Education School Organized Sports Meet of the KG Wing 24th and 25th November

Indian Education School and Jack & Jill, Mangaf organized the much awaited sports meet of the KG wing on 24th and 25th November, 2019 in the school premises.

Sports meet got underway with euphoric moments. The meticulously organised meet witnessed terrific verve and excitement. The energetic toddlers of Pre KG, LKG and UKG were christened as ‘Little Stars’ and ‘Super Stars’ respectively to mark their glowing and shining presence in the field of sports.

The row of games that held and captured the attention of the participants as well as spectators were Running race, Hopping race, Ball picking and Threading beads races.

The Principal of Jack and Jill Mrs. Rathi Ravindran, Vice Principal of IES (KG & Primary) Mrs. Lalitha Premkumar, KG Supervisor Mrs. Sushama Joe along with the class teachers motivated and cheered all the young athletes. The event filled the hearts of everyone with the spirit of sportsmanship and unity.

The P.ED teachers declared the names of winners of the various events and all the students lauded the achievement of their friends.

The winners were awarded medals and certificates by the Vice Principals- Ms Lalitha Premkumar, Ms Anselma Tessy and Ms. Meenakshi Nayyar.During the prize distribution ceremony, the need for sports to inculcate discipline, motivation and achievement was stressed.

The entire KG department expressed their sincere gratitude to Mr Murugyan, HoD, Physical Education, and all the members of the faculty for their incredible support.
