Any idiot can copy and paste for four years. You don''t get value for your time but the quality of your work. You are a typical example of the Indian mindset that thinks simply because you put in the time or reached a certain age, you are automatically qualified to be promoted or recognized or respected. Sorry to bust your bubble but such mentality is not valid even in most major cities in India nowadays.
This is the main reason why Kuwait want to get rid of the vast Indian population that is consuming more than it is contributing.

this affected a lot of new engineers who are having salary less, below 600 as they are not having driving license, family status etc.. You can find engineering graduates with very low salary & no value anywhere in kuwait. 4 years of hard work is of no value here.

Appreciate your efforts. We also request you to help us getting extension of engineer''s residence that has already expired. It will give some time to complete the KOC process as it is taking to much time. Eg. We are getting MOFA appointment after 3 weeks only.

Kuwait want to reduce crooks who are posing as engineers and engineers involved in crookery.
Kuwait also want to reduce Indian expat population.
This ban will not be lifted until maximum Indian expats have been removed. No amount of discussion and dialogue will solve this problem. India should understand that Kuwait is not their second homeland.
