I live in mahboula, for the last 2 months. To me it is obviously that the consideration to remain mahboula on lockdown is simply a matter of not caring. To purchase grocery you can only do it on line. Internet can only be purchase on line. Most people do not have in country debit card to recharge internet. No internet, no food purchase. No work, no money, no food, no money for rent, no way out of country?

Very confused with numbers provided by Arab times. Mahboula has the lowest if not the least amount of infected people in Kuwait.  Yet, somehow it continues to be locked down.
I understand up to 4 building in Mahboula are quarantined, good keep those building locked down, but the entire area? Arab times reports numbers according to nationalities, example, Indian, Egyptians etc. if the goal is to contain the virus maybe thinking out of the box is the solution. Lockdown Indians, Egyptians and Bangladesh personal which account for at least 60 percent of virus infections.
This is not intended to target a specific group, the goal is to slow down the spread of virus in accordance with numbers provided.
I understand such actions could be met with resentment, if someone feels this way then here is your mission.
Fix your own nationalities lack of responsibility.
On a daily basis i walk the Mahboula perimeter and see Indians, Egyptians and Bangladesh without face mask or grouped together.  Some still holding hands or an arm around a friend. It should fall on you to inform your friends to abide by the law or stay indoors. My friend and I are tired of reminding people to abide by law. Do your part by helping the Kuwait government and people around you.

Your lack of intervention is one of the reasons Mahboula remains locked down. This is Kuwait, a country we have choosen to work and live in. Do your part by helping the government. The Kuwait government can only do so much by setting guidelines, its up to the rest of us to ensure people adhere to them. This is only an opinion i feel would reduce or target the virus. No disrespect intended towards anyone, just basing opinion on numbers provided by Arab Times.

Hi I am living in Jleeb -Abbassia, as per the current lock down areas showing that only expatriates living areas are the problematic areas. If we are analyzing the daily infected case report, it is only showing the figures of these areas. eg. Jleeb, farwaniya, etc .... Actually it is only 1/3 or less of the total number of cases. we don''t know the rest of the cases belongs from which areas. Anyway Almighty God keep every one safe and praying for the return of normal life as soon as possible. Appreciate all the authorities and front line workers.

Live in mahboula and still on lockdown. The bakala does not have premium food products for daily needs. I have not had air con for almost 30 days and no fix because of lockdown. In mahboula block 2 has had no virus for weeks. The atms are empty with money daily. Why not parts of mahboula have freedom to go outside. Now lockdown again for 3 more weeks. Not fair at all.

When they say Lockdown does it mean that we can go out from 6am to 6pm or even the 4.30pm to 6.30pm relaxation is cancelled. I understand that nobody can move in or out of mahboula.

Please clarify? which areas are locked down and which areas under full curfew? Your news is confusing. One place it says locked down and another place it says full curfew. There is a lot of difference between the two. Please publish correct news.

For Indian expatriates who still continue to have their employment and income, could be able to support themselves and their family.
But understand that there are other Indian expatriates, with no income and no job, who need support from the society to continue living their life and to face the difficult time in this situation of lock down around the nation.
Hope all the various needy people in the nation get necessary access to the various requirements of daily life to maintain a self care and stay safe life inside the rooms and buildings to follow the lock down and confront the germs.
