The Kuwait Fire Force team closed the main kitchen of a Hussainiya in the Daiya area yesterday evening, for violating preventive requirements.
According to local report, the decision to close the main kitchen was made after the Hussainiya kitchen was inspected by prevention sector inspectors, and violations were discovered in the kitchen, which poses a real danger to the site and its visitors. The inspectors discovered large quantities of cooking gas inside and outside the kitchen, in addition to the lack of a license for the kitchen, which constitutes serious violations of the General Fire Force Law.
The main objective of the closure procedures for the violating sites is to protect lives and property and prevent accidents that may lead to catastrophes with dire consequences, especially a large numbers of citizens and residents attending to participate in the Husseini ceremonies in the month of Muharram.
