Finger print for Hajj and Umrah for expatriates to expedite visa process

The implementation of fingerprint app on the pilgrims coming from Kuwait by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is aimed to expeditev the issuance of visas within a short time, local Arabic daily Al-Qabas reported quoting sources from Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.

According to report, the fingerprint system will facilitate the process of issuing visas through the app designed for that without visiting any party. This system will only be applied to expatriates.

The Umrah offices will be assured of the need to adhere to all instructions issued by the Saudi authorities in order to complement the cooperation between the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and the Saudi Ministry of Hajj.
