Can any one tell about PCR Certificate requirements, as any one can get PCR test from good lab but is it required to be affiliated with Kuwait embassy & it must be in arabis or no?

It is very good news for stranded expats waiting to return to Kuwait. I would like to request IIK to also take up matter of expats who got stranded and their residence has expired they should also get a chance to come back and get their residency renewed.
