Dr. Abdul Razzak Rumane, A Global Indian- From Maharashtra, presently resident of Kuwait, was honored with Global Visionary Award for the year 2019 by Vision World Academy, Ahmadabad, India.

Dr. Rumane’s professional career exceeds 45 years including 10 years in manufacturing industries and about 35 years in construction projects.
Dr. Rumane is an author of 5 books entitled “Quality Management in Construction Projects”, First Edition (2010) "Quality Tools for Managing Construction Projects” (2013), “Handbook of Construction Management: Scope, Schedule, and Cost Control”(2016) and “Quality Management in Construction Projects”, Second Edition (2017) published by CRC Press, Florida , USA and “Quality Auditing in Construction Projects, A Handbook” (2019) published by Routledge, UK, (Both are Taylor & Francis Group Companies, UK).
Dr. Rumane obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree from Marathwada University (now Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University) India in 1972, and received his Ph.D. from Kennedy Western University (now Warren National University) in 2005. His dissertation topic was “Quality Engineering Applications in Construction Projects”. Dr. Rumane was awarded Honorary Doctorate in Engineering by The Yorker International University in Italy in 2007. Dr. Rumane is a certified consultant engineer in the field of project management and electrical engineering.
Dr. Rumane is member of various professional organizations. He has attended various professional conferences and made technical presentations. He has been awarded many awards and medal by various international organizations. His biography is listed by various international publishers in their various title books.
He was honorary chairman of The Institution of Engineers (India), Kuwait chapter for the years 2016-17, 2013-14 and 2005 to 2007 and Secretary ASQ Kuwait Section since 2017.
Dr. Rumane is founder president of Kokan Welfare Society, Kuwait.
