The cold season will start from 7th of December and will last for about 40 days, Kuwaiti astronomer Adel Al-Saadoun said.
This season is divided into two periods, the first consisting of 20 days until December 27, and the second from December 28 to February 14.
The second phase will be more colder than the first phase and temperatures sometimes reach zero degrees Celsius, Adel Al-Saadoun said.
The weather will be cold during the early morning, and the average minimum temperature during the day will be 8 degrees.
The day will be shorter and night will be longer.
