The Central Bank of Kuwait supplied new Kuwaiti banknotes of various denominations to all local banks to meet customers' demand for fresh currency ahead of Eid al-Fitr.
The bank said in a press release that those wishing to obtain new Kuwaiti banknotes of all denominations should visit their bank branches during official business hours. Kuwaiti banks will announce the locations of designated branches offering the "Ayadi" cashing service, in addition to other means the banks provide to their customers to obtain the new banknotes.
The Central Bank of Kuwait congratulated all citizens and residents on this happy occasion, praying to God Almighty to bring goodness, blessings and prosperity to the State of Kuwait and the Arab and Islamic nations.
