Banks to start functioning from Tuesday

Kuwait Banking Association informed that under the guidance of the Central Bank of Kuwait, the banks operation will be resumed from Tuesday with the opening of previously announced branches, which was open before the implementation of the total curfew in the country.

The said branches will open for individuals and companies from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Banks will also continue to provide all of their banking services to their customers through their electronic services including local transfers between banks and transfers abroad, providing cash through automated withdrawal machines, in addition to receiving customer inquiries through the customer service numbers at banks.

There is no need to open manned outlets for services that can be done electronically. As long as you have money in your account and ATM card, you can remit money online. There is no need to increase chances of contact at this critical juncture when the success of the 1st phase of un-lockdown will determine moving to the next phase. You are captain of cricket team or from army? Please mention which team or country so we can report you to your superiors for displaying basic lack of understanding :)
