All Visas issued before March 13 stands cancelled

All types of visas issued before March 13 are considered cancelled, and those who obtain them must submit new procedures, in accordance with the terms and controls that will be announced soon.

According to Al Qabas Arabic newspaper, the Ministry of Interior had sought its legal opinion on the validity of visas issued before March 13 for people outside the country, and they were unable to enter Kuwait even though they had completed all the procedures in their countries. Daily added that the Ministry of Interior submitted its statement saying that all types of visas will be cancelled by law due to the expiry of its validity.

This includes family, tourist, commercial and governmental visits. However, the daily added that the authorities will soon announce a new mechanism for those to apply again.

@ikhalakh... all expired residency visa of people out of kuwait are considered cancelled. Have to come back on new visas

@expat...yes you can..but at the moment India is on the list of 31 banned countries. Wait till the name of India is out of the list. Good luck.

hi friends... i am having visa upto next year , but now in India. i went on march 2020. can i enter kuwait even if i stay in India more than six months as i left on March... plzz comment
