Al Mulla Exchange launches simplified on-boarding solution with Video KYC

Al Mulla Exchange, one of the pioneers in technology-based Exchange Company in Kuwait has recently launched a simplified process to register with Al Mulla Exchange. The new Video KYC process allows new customers to register within 3 steps through Al Mulla Exchange App and start remitting.

The introduction of Video KYC would avoid with the need for a personal visit to any branch of the Al Mulla Exchange to complete the physical verification process in place, currently. The process is very swift, new customer needs to download the App, click on SignUp, upload the Civil ID/Digital ID, record a video as instructed and registration is completed. The process validates the customers credentials and once verified; the customer can use the application for remittances. Similar to the traditional way of verification, with Video KYC customer can enjoy full access to the app and also benefit from the bouquet of services that Al Mulla Exchange offers their customers.

The Video KYC is yet another step towards digitalization and increase the outreach to far flung area where customers have limited access to visit any branch and do their remittances.
